FROM THE SENIOR REGENT
Hi,
Another month coming to an end as well as summer.
Read the calendar, September has many things going on and everyone will be busy. Get ready to sign up for the cake off. This will be a lot of fun, so put on your chef’s hat and bring it on down. Also, during the month of September WOTM with the help of the Loom are working on a Open House/Halloween social. Still in planning stage for the final set up but, the WOTM are offering anyone who brings in a bag of wrapped candy will get a free taco on taco night. If you bring in two bags of wrapped candy you will get a taco dinner. Remember, taco night is the first and third Thursday of each month. If you bring in the candy at any other time beside on Thursday night (taco night) the bartender will give you a coupon for the taco.
OCTOBER THEME
TRUNK A TREAT
The date for the Halloween social is October 31st. this will be a afternoon affair. Don’t forget your costume. There will be a contest for the best table decoration. There is a $5.00 entry fee for this. The sign up sheet will be located at the front of the lodge on the bulletin board. Please bring your children or grandchildren to this fun Trunk a Treat.
THE TIME IS NOW-We need every WOTM to bring in one new member in the next three months. Remember if you bring in two new members your membership will be paid for the next renewal. For every two members you bring your yearly dues will be paid. What a great way to save money.
We were very close to not serving the fish tacos, but I have been able to get another worker for the kitchen so the fish taco’s are safe.
